Each Mixtec agitator is designed and manufactured according to process requirements and operating conditions.
The correct impellers are matched with your mixer by considering the profile, pumping and power needs of your application. We factor in the velocity gradient, superficial (in-tank) velocity, pumping rate, tank turnover rate, tank shape, liquid level variation, location of impellers and direction of pumping to ensure a comprehensive solution.

Carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex / super duplex, exotic alloys and special materials (eg. 304L, 316L, 904L (1.4539), Alloy 20, Alloy 31, LDX2101 (1.4162), SAF 2205 (1.4462), SAF 2507 (1.4410), F255 (1.4507), Zeron 100, Monel 400, Titanium, Hastelloys, Inconel and others).
Lining:
Mixtec can work with a wide range of linings and coatings. Below is a list including, but not limited to, common linings that we have used previously:
Soft Natural Rubber, Chlorobutyl, Bromobutyl, Nitrile, Ebonite, Fibre Glass (GRP), Nordbak products, epoxy paints, polishing, Halar, Carboguard, ETFE and Ultralar (ECTFE).
Some of the most commercially successful impellers are high efficiency hydrofoil (general applications, leaching, CIP/CIL), high gas rate hydrofoil (BIOX, cyanide destruction / detox), Rushton turbine (autoclave / POX, HPAL), pump impellers (solvent extraction), draft tube systems (wet process phosphoric acid, draft tube crystallisers), anti-ragging impellers (wastewater treatment) and many others.
